Rules & Guidelines
A transparent framework built on fairness, respect, and creative celebration
The following rules and guidelines govern the participation, selection, and representation within the Feature Films Iconic Awards (FFIA) platform. All participants, invitees, and collaborators are expected to acknowledge and abide by these terms.
Nature of the Platform
Feature Films Iconic Awards (FFIA) is an independent cinematic platform created to honour and celebrate films and their complete teams. The objective of FFIA is to bring together talent from across Indian and regional cinema on a unified stage and recognize their contribution to the industry.
FFIA is not a competitive award platform but a recognition-based honouring platform.
Award Structure
FFIA does not follow traditional category-based awards (such as Best Actor, Best Film, etc.). The selection is based on an internal evaluation process by the FFIA team and jury.
Selected films will be honoured as a whole, including:
- ◆Director
- ◆Producer
- ◆Cast & Crew
Each selected project will receive recognition and award as per FFIA's format and discretion.
Selection & Jury Decision
- ◆The decision of the FFIA jury and organizing committee shall be final and binding.
- ◆There will be no claims, disputes, or objections entertained regarding the selection process.
- ◆FFIA reserves the complete right to select, shortlist, or invite films and participants.
Participation & Invitation
- ◆Participation in FFIA is by invitation or internal selection only.
- ◆Being invited or honoured does not imply any ranking or comparison with other films.
- ◆FFIA aims to maintain a non-competitive and inclusive environment.
Representation & Use of Content
- ◆FFIA reserves the right to use event photographs, videos, and promotional material for marketing and media purposes.
- ◆Participants agree to allow the use of their names, images, and film references for promotional activities related to FFIA.
Legal & General Disclaimer
- ◆FFIA is an independent platform and does not claim affiliation with any government body, film association, or official award authority unless explicitly stated.
- ◆The awards presented are purely honorary recognitions and do not carry any legal or commercial guarantee.
- ◆FFIA shall not be held liable for any disputes, claims, or misunderstandings arising from participation or selection.
Cinema Beyond Boundaries
The primary aim of FFIA is to unite the Indian film industry, encourage collaboration, and provide a platform where cinema is celebrated beyond boundaries of language, region, or category.
